Please read these terms carefully before using KAJUKS.
By accessing or using KAJUKS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of KAJUKS including schools, teachers, students, parents, and tutors.
You agree to use KAJUKS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform, or interfere with any other party's use. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Schools registering on KAJUKS must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. KAJUKS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. All payments are due in Ghana Cedis (GHS) at the start of each billing term. Failure to make payment may result in suspension of your account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to KAJUKS. By uploading content, you grant KAJUKS a limited license to store and process it to provide the service. You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates anyone's rights.
The KAJUKS platform, branding, and all related materials are owned by KAJUKS and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
KAJUKS is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall KAJUKS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. KAJUKS may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons deemed necessary to protect the platform and its users. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of KAJUKS after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
